Updates Policy / Prices
There are fees associated with making book updates, depending on the extent of the work that needs to be done by us and the number of formats that need updating. Select the updates you require from the options below.

What is included depends on the options selected. Please see below to determine what options you need.
Notes

The interior is changing and you need us to make the changes
✅ [Ebook Recreation From New Source] You have a new source (Word Doc or InDesign file) that needs to be formatted and converted to ebook formats.
✅ [Ebook Minor Modifications] You have less than a page of modifications/updates you need us to make. Each change is explained by referencing the PDF page number, paragraph, and text that needs to change.
Ebook Metadata
❌ No metadata (things like price, description, series info, etc.) is changing
✅ [Ebook Metadata Update] You need to update your ebook price, description, series information, or other details about distribution not included directly in the book.
Ebook Re-distribution
❌ You just need the updated files for your own distribution.
✅ [Ebook Re-distribution] You need us to resend updated ebook files (cover and or interior) to the retailers (you don't need this service if just updating metadata).
Print Book Updates
Print Book Cover
❌ The cover is not changing
The cover is changing
✅[New Print Book Cover Update] You are providing your own print-ready PDFs (on the Amazon and/or Ingram templates) with no modifications needed.
✅[New Print Book Cover Update and Edit] You need us to make minor changes to the existing paperback and/or hardcover cover
✅[Brand New Print Book Cover] A complete redesign of your existing cover. This covers ebook, paperback and hardcover.
Print Book Interior
❌ The interior (inside of the book - the text) is not changing OR you are providing a print and distribution-ready .pdf file.
The interior is changing and you need us to make the changes

✅[Audiobook Files Update] You will be providing distribution-ready audio files to replace the ones currently in distribution
